The NV Champagne Grand Cru Shaman 22 Brut Nature Rosé is a pale peach color and offers notes of raspberries, tangerines, and grapefruit. A very clean vintage of this wine, with the most Chardonnay, it has a lively, refreshing mousse, medium body, and a fruity, clean texture. The NV Brut Nature Rose Shaman 22 is a blend of seventy-five percent Chardonnay and twenty-four percent Pinot Noir harvested in Ambonnay and Bouzy, based eighty percent on the 2022 vintage. Red Delicious apple flesh and shiny skin fill the nose with mellowness and ripeness. The palate offers smooth ripeness and full, aromatic fruit, showing more cherry than red apple, swishing with fine, creamy foam and supple freshness.
