I am a long time HDH buyer. Do I need to create a new account for shop.hdhwine.com?
No, but if accessing for the first time, you will need to reset your password with your existing email on file. You will also need to update your credit card information if you would like to keep one on file. Please contact sales@hdhwine.com if you need assistance.
Who is PWS (Portland Wine Storage)?
Portland Wine Storage, Inc. will act as your shipping agent for orders placed with HDH Retail and is an industry leader in wine storage and logistics with a long history of providing exemplary service to their customers.
Does HDH ship wine domestically?
All purchases will be collected and shipped on your behalf by your shipping agent, Portland Wine Storage, Inc. (“PWS”), as HDH does not ship wine domestically, per the conditions of sale. Pickup and storage options are also available through PWS.
Can HDH ship internationally?
No, your purchase will be collected by Portland Wine Storage (PWS) for international shipments. Please contact PWS (customerservice@portlandwine.com) for pricing and more information on small parcel and consolidated shipments abroad.
How much does shipping cost with PWS?
Please contact PWS directly for shipping options and pricing (customerservice@portlandwine.com) including low-cost consolidated temp-control shipments and expedited FedEx services. PWS will collect all shipping and handling fees.
How will I know when my pre-arrival wines are in stock?
You will receive an email notification from HDH once your pre-arrival or futures order is fulfilled and collected by PWS. At that point, you may contact PWS directly with any questions regarding logistics options, pricing, or long-term storage.
What orders do I have pending with HDH?
