Peter Messa
Chief Sales Officer
Peter brings a long history of leadership and success in the fine wine business, including as Director of Sales at a major US-based wine retailer. He holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University, a JD/MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW). He has traveled extensively through Piedmont, Tuscany, Champagne, Burgundy, and California and has a deep appreciation for the cultures and wines of these regions. However, at home, he can never have enough Champagne and white Burgundy in the chiller. Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Peter now shares his life with his wife (also in the wine industry) and their two young children just outside of New York City.

Dale Salentiny
Senior Retail Sales Advisor
Dale has been in the wine industry for nearly two decades, since 2002, and joined Hart Davis Hart in 2004. Prior to his tenure at HDH, Dale gained valuable product knowledge and market experience through a major Chicago wine retailer. Dale holds a Level 3 Advanced Certificate through the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and is currently a diploma candidate. In addition to his achievements in wine, Dale is also an accomplished musician, having been a semi-professional drummer since the mid-90s. When not spending time with his family and enjoying wine, Dale likes boxing as well as playing and watching ice hockey.
