It offers plenty of richness along with purity and tension, featuring black fruit, black cherries, ripe citrus, grapefruit, and a chalky texture with length. NV Brut Nature Shaman 22 is a blend of 84% percent Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay from Ambonnay and Bouzy, based eighty percent on the 2022 vintage. The nose shimmers with overtones of plum and cherry, promising rounded ripeness. The palate delivers, showing ample fruit, creamy texture with smooth mousse and beautifully salty character.
