The 2025 Blanc de Lynch-Bages is terrific. This is the first year with some Sauvignon Gris. The 2025 offers a beguiling mix of textural richness and aromatic intensity. Pear, green apple and jasmine open first, followed by light tropical overtones that lend an exotic flair. The 2025 Blanc de Lynch-Bages had already been bottled, as usual. It has a vibrant nose with crisp gooseberry and Granny Smith scents, and just a touch of apricot in the background.
