2024 Santenay, Les Gravieres, Simon Colin

The 2024 Santenay Les Gravières 1er Cru is vinification intégrale, 25% whole cluster and the same new oak. This has a little more cohesion and finesse on the nose compared to the Maranges, the oak better integrated. The palate is well balanced with supple, ripe and finer tannins compared to the Maranges with a harmonious, quite tensile finish.
