The 2024 Chevalier-Montrachet Demoiselles Grand Cru has a clean, precise and focused bouquet. It is very controlled, perhaps not the most flattering Chevalier at this primal stage, though delineated and focused. The palate is precise and intense, yet it is blessed with a surfeit of elegance and refinement. There is a real peacock's tail on the finish that stretches on and on. The 2024 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Les Demoiselles (Domaine des Héritiers Jadot) is another real success, offering up notes of wet stones, white flowers, crisp orchard fruit and nutmeg.
