2022 Petit Chablis, Vincent Dauvissat

The 2022 Petit Chablis, matured for 6 and 8 months in oak barrels, has a pretty nose with yellow fruit and pressed white flowers. A ripe yet agreeably fresh nose combines notes of both white and yellow orchard fruit and those of citrus confit and quinine. The rich and very generous medium weight flavors possess a beguiling texture while coating the palate on the nicely dry and sneaky long finish.
