2020 Nuits-St-Georges, Bousselots, Robert Chevillon

Here the less expressive nose is not as spicy but actually more complex with its array of poached plum, black raspberry, smoke, earth and underbrush. The delicious, vibrant and beautifully delineated medium-bodied flavors that are shaped by bright acidity on the firm, serious and youthfully austere finish that is even firmer.
