2017 Champagne Suenen, Les Robarts, Extra Brut

A bright yellow/silver color, the 2017 Champagne Les Robarts Cramant Extra Brut is always a personal favorite along with the Colluette. Offering notes of peach blossoms, dewy fresh stones, and fresh flowers, the palate is crystalline, pure, and fresh all the way through, with fantastic electric energy, a spritely, refined mousse, and a pure, chalky texture.
