NV Gaspard Brochet, Extra Brut, Pinot Noir, Le Lion (2023 Base)

Originating from Le Mont Benoit in Villers-aux-Nœuds and matured in second- and third-use oak barrels, the NV Pinot Noir Le Lion Tome VII (2023) was disgorged in January 2026 and finished with a dosage of one gram per liter. Displaying a delicate pale salmon hue, it unfurls in the glass with aromas of blood orange, cherry, peach and meadowsweet, mingled with subtle notes of sour cranberry and yeasty top notes evocative of kombucha. Medium- to full-bodied and muscular on the palate, it offers a succulent, tangy profile animated by vibrant acidity.
