The 2018 Brut Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons is a super-classic Peters Champagne. Bright and beautifully sculpted in the glass, the 2018 sizzles with tension. Wet-chalk aromas leap from the glass, evolving into vanilla bean, oven-roasted apple and ginger, followed by freshly sliced lemon, grapefruit peel and Sichuan pepper. Fine bubbles frame a full-bodied, velvety palate, where crushed limestone, blanched almond and green mandarin zest drive the savory finish.
